He has some of the prettiest Blue Harlequin markings out of the whole litter. He is calm, stoic, strong but not bossy, and (best of all) a gigantic snuggle-bug.

These little lovies turned 3 weeks old today 🫶🏼 Their eyes and ears are open. They are hearing sounds like moms bark and can sense when someone is around. They are lively little noise makers. 3 have been reserved and 10 are awaiting the perfect family ❤️

He is probably the most easy going puppy of the bunch. He doesn’t fuss and he doesn’t whine. However he is the cuddliest of them all. He usually can be found in the very middle of the puppy pile soaking in all the love ♥️ He looks almost exactly like his mommy with a black patch on his back and a sleeve running down his front leg 🥰

Mr. Baby Blue found his furever loving home today 🐾💙🐾 He will always hold a very special place in my heart as he was the first puppy I ever helped to birth. I cried when he entered and took his first breath and I just might cry a little when he leaves. He has the best family, hands-down, that will shower him with love, affection, attention, and endless treats. He is one loved little puppy 💙

Mama Luna is doing great and after the 13th puppy born she is relaxing and letting her babies eat. Individual pictures will follow tomorrow after we all get some rest! Luna says Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

Mama Luna is done and now nursing her babies. 14 total puppies birthed, 2 stillborn. We have 4 Harls, 4 Merle’s, 3 Blacks, and 1 Blue. Thank you everyone for the support and help. This was a very big litter, especially for her first litter! All puppies look strong and healthy! Lifting their heads up and crawling actively! Happy Thanksgiving everyone and we here at the McBurnett and Davenport Danes loving home have plenty to be Thankful for! Yesterday Mama Luna wasn’t up for her morning walk. So I guess I need that walk in the morning just as much as her. So I took Triton instead! In the video you see him so excited, but what I didn’t get on video was after the walk down our driveway. A squirrel was in the woods and he heard it messing around in the leaves. He stopped in his tracts and looking all dominate stared for a good 5 seconds, then all of a sudden shot between my legs like “what was that dad!!?!!”

Pretty much sums up a Dane! Love all our beautiful Danes! Have a great Wednesday everyone!

Thanksgiving Puppies
