Meet Honey! 🐾 she is a gentle and affectionate 2 year old Red Heeler mix that is searching for a loving home where she can feel safe and secure. Though she may be a little shy initially, Honey quickly opens up to those who offer her patience and kindness. She gets along well with other dogs, but her behavior around cats is unknown. Honey loves playing with toys, especially interactive ones, and she is always excited for walks. Fully house trained, she follows a reliable routine, but she does experience some kennel anxiety and prefers staying close to her owner instead of being crated. She forms strong bonds with her humans and would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the day to provide the companionship she craves. She is best suited for a calm, patient home, particularly one with older children and a friendly dog. A family who can offer her the time, attention, and love she needs would be the perfect fit for this sweet girl.
