Took the girls up to the Show Me The Money race at Rocky Top Arena. What a great race! It was my first run on a smaller indoor arena on Rocks E Firewater. She was amazing! Her rider not so much 🙈 we knocked the third barrel the first run. I came back the next day knowing what I needed to do! We had a clean smith 1-D run. I just love her 🥰 Catty Cash Biankus was solid as a rock for me! 2 clean, fast 1-D runs for her! 🦄 She is really getting consistent. The dream team ended up in the 1-D money on all our clean runs. Catty Cash Biankus also won 3rd in the mini million. Won derby money and I believe TopShelf and possibly The Diamond Classic money as well. It was a girl power weekend 🌟

Fast Cash Barrel Horses showed up and showed out Sunday! Winning the race by.3 was the amazing little red 🚀 Catty Cash Biankus! Her sister Famous Beauty Queen 👸 was 2nd in the 2-D and the new guy on the block FLF Fame Luck N Coin ran a beautiful 2-D run for me on our maiden voyage. 🏆 Tips and info Tuesday 🏆 Happy valentines day! lets talk motivation! Lets face it. Barrel racing is HARD! It takes tons of time money and effort. Sometimes its a drag! Cold weather, hurt horses, low bank accounts. The list goes on and on. So why do we do it? I will tell you why I do it. I do it for the ❤️LOVE ❤️ I love to compete. I love the sporting and sportsmanship aspect. I love my barrel racing friends and family. I love to travel and first and foremost I Love Horses! I love the challenge of training and developing a language between my horses and I. I love to win and see others around me win! this last weekend of barrel racing brought me two nice runs that fell short of my goals for the weekend. However my horse tried hard and I picked up on a riding error to work on. But best of all. On Saturday a horse I sold to an amazing little jockey won first! A friend and student of mine won the Sunday race and got her first 1-d win! I was able to come together with my friends and help support one of our own that needs us. So my challenge to you all this month is to do it for the LOVE! Get out there and love your horse! Love your ride! Love your barrel racing friends! Make your rides count. Ride with purpose and enjoyment. Work on the hard stuff and give yourself and your horse some love and praise for your accomplishments! I am heading out to love my rides today I hope you all do too ❤️

Catty Cash Biankus had two smooth 1-d runs this weekend and a 1st place win in the barrel Horse Alliance side pot! A little fun fact for Saturdays race. 4 of the top 5 runs in the 1-d were Judge Cash horses! A big thanks to the great people who worked so hard to put these races on and an extra special thanks goes out to all who showed support and love for my friend Tessa Plagmann.
