We had 2 full days of horse dentals here so everyone (except Windsong) is up to date on teeth for the year. I can never thank Dr. Jessie Heinrick enough for taking care of my crew. 🥰

Regretfully Sprite & Julie are pulled at Robinson Flat. 🥺 We don't have the update yet as to why.
We transported her rig to Foresthill from Robie and were going to meet them at Chicken Hawk which was a stop & go check.

A very special c**t was born at 5:25 a.m.
How did I know he was special? He passed his mother's hips, nickered and crawled to me for a greeting to his new life. Then crawled up next to his mom.
It's one of those quiet surreal moments that can't be explained unless you live it.
I just had a feeling this c**t was destined for greatness.

I grew up on the endurance trail riding Appaloosas with my mom. But for whatever reason Tevis was never on our list (or maybe out of our budget).
This is a 40 yr dream... I won't be riding... those days are past, but that special boy I welcomed into the world.... I intend to be there to help him & Julie Figg conquer it! ❤️

The most popular registered name choice for our leopard c**t "Cody" was #2 DSA Tobys Wimal Columbia. Wimal meaning is Big River in the Chinook tribal language.

There were some great name offers. I just tend toward the unique. 😉

"Cody" is 100%FPD eligible and will be enrolled with registration.
He is 5 panel negative by parentage.
He is EE Aa LPlp PATN1/PATN1 & W20/n.

He will be 👀 for a new pasture upon weaning in November.
A non-refundable deposit and payments will be accepted. Transport and travel expenses are up to buyer but we can suggest some good haulers.
