Best of Both Boarding Worlds. Oakdale has two pasture board openings. Board is only $540 and you get use of all of Oakdale's ammenities. With over 130 acres of trails, indoor riding ring, outdoor jump and full size dressage ring, multiple tack rooms and tack up areas, wash stall with heated water and the best xcountry course in this area with water, ditches and banks. Hay for sale. 2024 first cutting 45 to 50 lb bales. Low sugar and soft - perfect for older or metabolic horses. Can buy a bale or 21 bale bundle. No delivery but will load bundles for you at no charge.

Another wonderful Equestrian Property sold by Tennis Shoe Terry Team & Lindsey Eck. You could not have asked for a better seller than we had on this property. The property because of all the sellers hard work was a showcase when it went on the market. 16603 MLC Lane in Rockville has excited new equestrian owners.

Oakdale equestrian in Powhatan Virginia. Cross country is open for schooling. Over 100 jumps with water, ditches and banks.
