It started with one pug and a massively complicated autoimmune disorder. Today Pug Hollow is a home based Hospice and long term care sanctuary for small dogs under 25 pounds. It is unfortunate but often dogs are abandoned at shelters, vet offices or on the side of the road when they become old or ill. Some of them were family pets who became inconvenient. Others have never known what it is to be a

part of a loving home. Pug Hollow believes that every dog deserves to end his or her life with love, comfort and compassion. Our mission is to provide as many of those dogs as possible with a safe, comfortable home where they will be loved and cared for as long as they live, and where they will be compassionately assisted across the Rainbow Bridge if necessary.

This 3 year old lab mix momma is at our vet, Prague Vet in Prague, Oklahoma. She was dumped and someone brought her and her puppies to the clinic. The puppies have adopted out but the momma dog needs a home. The vet will handle the spay and all shots, at no cost to the adopter. If you’re interested in a lovely sweet girl, please contact them. And if you’re not able to take her in, please share this so we can hopefully find her home.

The Human Scribe will be selling off some of her photography prints and artwork as the Sanctuary prepares to relocate. These are 8x10 prints matted and framed at 11x14. This is a good chance to acquire a gift for someone or for yourself. If interested, shoot us a message. First come first served.

Twister just wanted to pop in and let everyone know we're okay. The tornados went elsewhere, and all we got from the storms were rain, thunder, and wind.

We are a senior dog hospice that does not adopt out. A dog must be under 25 lbs, and either over 10 years old or terminally ill to be considered for residency. We are always at capacity and closed to intake except under special circumstances.
