It started with one pug and a massively complicated autoimmune disorder. Today Pug Hollow is a home based Hospice and long term care sanctuary for small dogs under 25 pounds. It is unfortunate but often dogs are abandoned at shelters, vet offices or on the side of the road when they become old or ill. Some of them were family pets who became inconvenient. Others have never known what it is to be a

part of a loving home. Pug Hollow believes that every dog deserves to end his or her life with love, comfort and compassion. Our mission is to provide as many of those dogs as possible with a safe, comfortable home where they will be loved and cared for as long as they live, and where they will be compassionately assisted across the Rainbow Bridge if necessary.

Weirdo Wednesday with Angus and Pepito. When they’re not finding or making new bits of detritus to strew across the yard the dynamic duo enjoy a good play tussle.

A glorious Tongue Out Tuesday montage!

We are a senior dog hospice that does not adopt out. A dog must be under 25 lbs, and either over 10 years old or terminally ill to be considered for residency. We are always at capacity and closed to intake except under special circumstances.
