For the first time in 34 years we no longer have a golden retriever in our home. Rest In Peace sweet, sweet Sophie. You will be so very missed here on earth. Thank you for all the joy you brought to our lives these past 11 1/2 years, and to the families who got one of the 28 puppies you brought into this world. I hope your heavenly reunion with Roxie, Tara, Tucker, Apollo and the wonderful Goldens who came before you, Gretchen, Carli and the daddy of your puppies, Ace is a wonderful dog party. We love you Soph Soph. You were a very, very good dog.

It is with great sadness that we share the loss of our sweet Tara, aka "Peanut", who was the start of Foggy Bottom Farm Golden Retrievers, amazing mother to 29 puppies, and beloved member of our family. This Valentine's Day brings a reunion at Rainbow Bridge with the father of her babies, Ace, and her furry sister Roxie. Peanut, we will all miss you so much and I thank you for making my dream of raising amazing golden retriever puppies come true. You were a very good dog and we will never forget you. Rest in peace my sweet girl.
