Josie is out of our Percy/ Lexi breeding from December of last year. She sure is racking up species on her resume this fall and at just over 10 months old. We will be repeating this breeding late next summer.

My boy Gambler got his 3rd master pass this weekend in Tennessee. Thanks to Keith Colburn on continuing running him as guiding season has started and I can’t run any tests. Three more and he will be an MH.

First hunt of the year at Cedar Valley Preserve did not disappoint. Released 20 flushed 21 and shot 21. Going 100% doesn’t always happen but it does a lot with these 2. Great shots,great guys and good dogs make for a fun hunt!!!

Our first hunt is on the books. The sun stayed hidden so that helped. Dogs did great. Spark will be 10 this winter and you will never know it by the way she still hunts. Her daughter out of her last litter Madison did great as well. It was a great start to guiding season.

We would like to introduce Anya our newest addition to the kennel. She is a grand daughter to our Ruby and daughter of Turbo. We have big plans for this little girl! Her registered name will be Red Hots Eye of the Gem.

We had a good opening day of duck season and Cardi got a good work out today. 6 out of the 8 wood ducks we got were gotten on blind retrieves. A good reason why having a master level dog on a duck hunt helps a lot.

Happy 3rd birthday to this little rockstar and her littermates out of our first Spark/Percy breeding a day late. She has been a pleasure to be around. She is a dog that wants to please and a total sweetheart. Not only is she a Master Hunter now, but we got it done before she was 3.
