Our herd liquidation is done. There’s still goats here but they will be leaving in the next couple of weeks and heading to Texas and Oklahoma. Thank you for the amazing time we’ve had.

Our journey in Pygmy goats has come to a pause in the road. We’ve decided to sell out as our family life has gotten busier and busier and the goats are moving further down the chain of priority. We don’t expect it to be forever, but for now, it’s right. Everything is for sale, including our LGD. Bucks are $250, does $350. We can’t get pictures of anyone because everyone is huddled together in the barns. Pictures will come when it’s a bit warmer and goats come out to play.

We had a great time at the Ascension Parish Livestock show this past weekend!! We took Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion Pygmy Doe. Also, this was our trial run with our new custom made show leads and it was amazing!! They are one piece made onto pinch collars for easy on/off, and they have a clip on tie up ring to attach to the fencing. We will be selling these at our district and state show for $20/ea, or I’ll ship them for $25 for the first one per order and $20 for each additional one per order. I can make them with customs colors, or with colors I have laying around, your choice.

Chester was disbudded today and had to have his legs wrapped for a couple of days. He was born with super tight tendons in his front feet and therapy several times a day were helping, but after a week, it still wasn’t corrected. He’s in splints until Saturday. He’s rather spoiled too.

These beautiful ladies joined our clan last night, thanks to this guy, Jose Torres. They come to us all the way from Arizona. Left to right, we have Paris, Jolene, and Indy. Indy had a tougher time on the 3 day trip, especially with both girls still nursing. But don't worry, she'll plump back up in no time. We've prayed for quite a while to find a brown agouti doe and the Lord saw fit to bless us with 3! We are super excited to have them.
