1. Main Barn~ indoor 12x12 stall with a 12x24 run. These stalls are equipped with automatic waters. This barn also comes with daily turnout! Main barn also has a indoor wash bay. Tack room is also equipped with coffee and hot chocolate. $475 a month

2. Office Barn~ indoor 12x12 stalls with a 12x12 fully covered out door stall. These have automatic waters as well! $475

3. Mare Motel~ fully covered 20x22 stall that comes with daily turnout. $425 a month

4. Paddock Turnout~ large paddocks with shades/snow/wind block and automatic water $375 a month

5. Single horse paddocks~ single horse paddock that are 20x20 also have shades/snow/wind block $400 a month

6. Huge grass pasture- shared paddock with shelters
$400

All horses are fed 3X a day. We have Alfalfa and Bermuda. Stalls are cleaned 2x a day and waters are cleaned daily.

We do have two arenas and two round pens. We also have a fully fenced permitter trail around the property As well as trail riding access right off the property!
