I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It was the first time in almost 2 decades, I left my the doctor’s office feeling good about myself.

Hello I'm a bat...
I don't suck your blood and I won't get tangled in your hair.
If I happen to enter your house, please don't hit me with bats or squash me out; it hurts a lot and on such occasions I'm very scared. It was an accident and I didn't mean to scare you.
If I land, I may not be able to get up and I need your help. Just grab a towel and pull me out carefully. I'll fly right away, I promise.
I feed on mosquitoes and many other insects.
Our houses are being demolished to build other buildings and we still have a few places to go. So if I'm flying in your space, turn off the lights and leave the outside light on with the door open, I'll be out shortly.

Message from Finder: I found these two dogs on Painted Vistas Rd, right off of Melpomene. If you are the owner of these two or know who they belong to please contact me at or email at [email protected].

Description: One small light brownish labradoodle with white feet, a white snout, and a white spot on the top of its head. There is also one large black labradoodle. Both are wearing collars with a bandana attached, one a fireworks bandana and the other blue with red, white, and blue stars.
