We wanted to take a quick moment to inform everyone that we are no longer in our Prescott Valley location. We did our best to call and leave voicemails for each up coming appointment. We want to thank everyone for the support and business!

Our Prescott location is still open and thriving. We did merge client information to the best of our ability. If you'd like to schedule with us there our number is 928.356.2902 if we don't answer please leave a voicemail or a text for us.

On another note there is another grooming company that will occupy that location. We would like to remind everyone that we are not affiliated with them or how their business is ran.

They like calling it a "mystery virus" because they're unsure of the cause. They're still trying to come up with a cure and they're doing more research.

It has very similar symptoms of Kennel cough!
- coughing
-runny nose/eyes
-sneezing
-lethargy

If you are concerned about it we recommend calling your primary vet and asking them about it. They may be able to provide you with more information.

If your pet is elder and/or has a weakened immune system a reschedule may be a better option or an express service.

We are doing all we can on our end and ask that you stay aware of your pets well being. Most importantly having them current on shots.

Hello! We are understanding the concern about this new virus going around!

If your pet is sick or experiencing anything out of their normal please cancel/reschedule your appointment. Your pet will need to be healthy in order to keep their appointment.

If while in our care your pet starts showing symptoms they will be sent home immediately.

We ask that ALL pets are up to date on their vaccinations.

This virus is highly contagious and a new strand.

We are cleaning and disinfecting everything after each pet comes in contact..tools, tubs, kennels, ect.

Please be a responsible pet owner and get your pets up to date of vaccines and cancel/reschedule if your pet is sick. We do not tolerate negligence.

📢 Please consider booking your holiday appointments in advance as spots fill up fast. Our prescott location books out 4wks in advance and our PV salon is about 2wks out. We recommend pre booking to secure your spot.

Denise over at Prescott Gift Shop spent a month researching and testing to make the perfect balance. These products are full of healthy oils and vitamins for your pets coat. Not a fan of our natural scents? That's okay! We also offer a non fragrance shampoo and conditioner. Is your pup in need of a good deshed bath? We have that in a soothing natural shampoo and conditioner as well:)
