As we are switching over softwares, there will be policy forms sent to your cell phones that will prompt you to sign. This is required to be able to schedule an appointment. We will have a few updates on pricing/cancellation fees. These should be sent out around Jan. 2nd.
Next year we will be taking deposits on December appointments as weโve had an overflow of last minute cancellations. This is a week many people wouldโve loved an appointment for the holiday, and itโs unfortunate when weโre not given enough time to offer it to someone else. We have been lenient on our policy, but this is our job after all and itโs something we must enforce. Your individual policy forms sent to your phones will go further into detail, I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.
