Meet Bandera 🐾
For 112 days, Bandera has waited for her forever home—a place where she can finally relax and show off her playful, loving spirit. This 2-year-old, 87lb Akita embodies everything majestic about her breed: intelligence, loyalty, and grace. She’s the perfect blend of regal and silly, going from prancing with her favorite toys to flopping over for belly rubs.
Bandera is incredibly obedient and eager to please. She knows commands like sit, down, paw, and wait, and she’ll patiently hold at doors or wait for her food bowl until released. Her deep, soulful eyes reflect a wisdom that feels ancient, as if she’s carrying the secrets of her ancestors within her.
While she’s not a fan of other pets or young children, Bandera’s ideal home is with an Akita-savvy adopter or rescue who understands her unique personality. Once she trusts you, she’ll shower you with devotion and love that will last a lifetime.
Could you be the one to make her dreams of a furrever home come true?
