Our horses had a snow day yesterday !

If your wondering how the horses stay warm through the winter forage is KEY ! a horse’s body works as a furnace ! The more hay ( quality forage ) they eat, the more heat that is generated through their body to stay warm !

Ever wonder how horses get their shoes on ?

When horseshoes are hot fit, they make a perfect fit between hoof and a shoe. No matter how good you have it cold, it can always be better. Hot fitting will sear the foot, sealing any moisture and killing bacteria !

Did you know our equine partners need routine dental work to ? Our equines get lots of sharp points that can give them trouble eating !

Some horses get done every 6 months or a yearly check up ! How cool ?
