Yep the kennel cough is going around and the ones having the cough so far are vaccinated pets ...we had a call today and they had stayed with us this past week ...it should be called canine cough as they can pick it up anywhere but like kids going back to school where the congregations are is more common ...and like cold and flu it is easily spread 🤧 please call your vet and ask the regimen to help lessen the cough...most say more aggravating to us than the dogs ...older and super young require more attention and concern 😟 we need to all have a rain dance to help everything out this dry,dusty mess doesn't help !!!

Heads up dog owners got the 3 rd call of coughing dog from a friend all in different areas of counties ...sounds like kennel cough is around ... all dogs vaccinated still run the chance of getting it as vaccines don't cover every strain of virus for the year ... all have to be vaccinated to come stay with us ,that doesn't mean they can't catch it as it is highly contagious and no different than common cold or flu virus and like kids going to school dogs share the love ♥️ Just a heads up !!!
