Hobbyist, enthusiast keeper and breeder of Leopard, Redfoot, Radiated and Star tortoises. Our largest female, Hessie, is 12 years old and weighs 56lbs.

Sulcatas, also known as African Spur Thigh Tortoises, make great pets with a pleasant and active personality. They are indigenous to the Western Sahara desert (Mali, Senegal, Chad to Algeria, Morocco) and known for having a life-span of over 100 years. Babies need a small container/tank/tupperware and heat lamp. The babies eat lots of greens and like being outside in the sun, but they'll need soak

ing baths 3 times weekly! They come with full instructions - don't worry, we will walk you through everything you need to take amazing care of them! Though based in North Texas, shipping and transportation arrangements are available. Send us a message to learn more about our baby tortoises!
