Providence River Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary facility located in the Jewely District of RI's capital city, Providence. Dr. Jane Linden is the owner and head veterinarian who fulfilled a life long dream of owning her own practice when she opened PRAH in 2004 after 5 years in private practice. Please check your pets rabies vaccination status.
Rabies is the only vaccine that is required by state law.

The rabies tag that your pet gets will not tell you anything other than the year your pet was vaccinated - the certificate is the most important part as it tells us the duration of their most recent vaccine.

Please let us know if you're unable to locate your certificate. If your pet was vaccinated at PRAH we can provide you with a new one.
