I specialize in taking care of dogs with high energy, behavior issues, and other special needs, but I welcome any client. I started working with dogs when I was a teen in 2003. After taking care of my family's dogs, I started to learn more about basic handling, health and care through a 4-H dog club and my own studying. I quickly began advancing my knowledge in animal care, welfare, behavior, and
training after graduating high school. I received an Associate's Degree at The University of New Hampshire in Applied Animal Science specializing in Small Animal Care (dogs & cats) in 2007. It was immediately after that when I started my professional work with dogs, working at a dog grooming shop, doing dog training, and with dog day care. During that time I also took classes at the University of Rhode Island, and finished a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. I have taken certifications in Pet First Aid & CPR, as well as classes in animal nutrition, animal health, grooming and behavior modification. I have worked in dog shelters, with dog rescues, and with boarding & training kennels. My goals are to continue to provide top quality care to your pets as well as continue to improve the well-being of animals in our care. I believe our pets are part of our family and I take pride in taking the best care of any pets that I care for. I continue to work with dogs everyday!
