Meet Peewee, a lively, affectionate bunny who has come a long way since joining our care in September. When Peewee arrived, he was underweight, with matted, urine-stained fur. Thanks to the dedication of his foster mom, PARL volunteer Kirstin, Peewee is now thriving! With plenty of love, grooming, and tasty meals, this bubbly bunny has gained several pounds and grown back his beautiful coat.
There’s so much to adore about Peewee! He’s a social butterfly who greets his favorite people with excited binkies and zooms around his pen. He loves snuggles, cheek scratches, and even being held when he’s in the mood. After a meal, he’s known to rest his head on Kirstin’s lap for a quick nap. And when it comes to toys? Peewee is a playful superstar, tossing them around and even playing a game of catch if you toss them back.
Peewee is looking for a home where he can explore, hop around, and enjoy lots of enrichment activities like puzzle toys. He’d do well with adopters who understand his big personality and can continue helping him stay healthy and happy. Peewee has experience with respectful children and might even do well with another bunny if introduced carefully.
