For those of you who remember Bagheera, he says Happy Thanksgiving. For those of you who didn't know him, he is one amazing cat. Crabby lots of the time, sweet when he wanted to be. Ignored most of the people that came to meet him. That is until Mike came along and it was a mutual admiration society. He is one lucky old cat.

UPDATE: The puppy has a foster home and some adopters have reached out! THANK YOU

A local good citizen has been trying to help re-home a 5 month old female mix breed puppy. Her mother has been spoken for but the puppy is still available. Due to an unexpected change in housing, there is an urgency to place the puppy. Like all pups, she is happy but needs guidance.

ADOPTED!!!!Charlie is one fast cat! He can go from his room to the kitchen in two seconds flat. But he also is a lover with a purr motor you will never forget. Charlie is about 6 months old, neutered, up to date with shots, and has a microchip. He comes with his own bling and a super sized personality. To meet Charley call the shelter, 508-487-4243.

These two wonderful cats need to find a new home as their owner is on hospice. Please call Jennifer, 508-237-5693, for more information and to meet them. It would be nice to have them go together but it is not absolutely necessary.

Squeak, a black and white short haired tuxedo with a white nose, is an 8-year-old healthy, up to date spayed female who loves her sunny water view cat perch and outdoor cat enclosure. She is basically living the good life and showing her gratitude for it. She likes to chirp and talk a lot, which is funny and endearing. Squeak likes to play with paper bags, boxes, catnip and kitty cat fishing poles. Squeak does not need to be adopted with Farro.

Farro, a black and white short haired tuxedo with a black nose, is a healthy 4-year-old up to date neutered male and is just as sweet as can be. His strong head/neck butts are like no other. Farro can be a little shy and doesn't like loud environments. Once he warms up to you he is a genuine love bug and likes to be picked up like a baby with belly and legs up to cuddle. He also loves his sunny spots, cat toys, and high spots. Farro is very playful especially with the kitty cat fishing pole. He is wonderful when his shyness is acknowledged.

Aggie is a six-month old female who is sweet, curious, and very smart. Her lovely marmalade fur is statiny soft. Aggie is up to date with shots, spayed, and has a microchip. She is a great player and any toy on a string will bring her running from whatever cozy place she is resting. Aggie has lived with other cats but would prefer not to have young children in her life.

These two sweeties are Brook, a male tiger and white, and Rizzo, a female. They are 3-4 months old and are kittens through and through. Everything is a toy and wrestling together is a great playtime. They are up to date with shots, have microchips, and will be having their surgeries soon. We would love for these two bundles of love to be adopted together.

The Animal Rescue League in Brewster contacted us about a cat that was turned in on Tuesday, found in the Wellfleet area, that hasn’t been claimed yet.

Does anyone know where he belongs? We'd love to reunite him with his owners!

They (informally) estimated him to be around 5-6 months old.

This cat was brought to CASAS by the Provincetown Police Department this afternoon. Intact youngish male-no chip. Nelson Ave area. The police officer signed the relinquishment form. In this State, there is no hold period for cats. If you are the owner, please contact CASAS at 508.487.4243. We are beginning the process to get this boy adopted.
