Hidden Hills Ranch is a non-profit educational rescue ranch that specializes in hands-on learning, horse and pony riding lessons, summer camps and unique outdoors experiences for the whole family. Classes, day camps, and events are offered incorporating ranch animals, hiking trails, amphitheater, horseback riding arenas, campfire area and pond. We strongly believe in the importance of education fo

r our youth and families. We strive to make learning fun while teaching respect for others, animals, and the environment. We have activities planned throughout the year. We are also available for class/organization field trips, and birthday parties. All cash donations and in-kind donations of professional services or physical items are tax deductible. Introducing our beloved alpacas, Eddie and Ranger! 🦙 For decades, alpacas been a cherished part of our ranch family. Not only are they irresistibly cute, but they’re also surprisingly easy to handle. Ever considered spending time with these fluffy creatures? Come volunteer at the Ranch and experience the joy firsthand! Until then, here are some fun facts about alpacas: (1) Native to the Andes mountains in South America. (2) Cousins to llamas. (3) Soft fleece comes in colors ranging from white, brown, black, and gray. (4) Grazers with only bottom teeth. (5) Social beings, often humming to communicate with each other. Don’t worry about the occasional spit; it’s just their way of expressing agitation, typically aimed at other alpacas.
