Friendly policy update!!

CANCELLATIONS:

**Cancel 24 hours before scheduled appointment

I understand things come up, but it is getting way out of hand with the no shows! I’m always willing to work with you if you need to reschedule!

**if you cancel the day of, you are REQUIRED to pay the full charge of said grooming price!

**when you call to make your appointment you are REQUIRED to put a card on file

PICKUP TIME:

**if you have to drop off 2 hours earlier than said time there will be a daycare fee of $15

**if your pup is not picked up after 2 hours of the first notification that they are done there is a $15 daycare fee

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS:

**if you do not confirm YES on your appointment reminder text, your spot will be filled and will have to be rescheduled for next available date

Hannah has been with us for little over a month, but has been grooming for 5 years! Hannah’s favorite part about working at Happy Tails is the atmosphere and the people! Her position on the team is part time groomer and is now taking appointments! We love having you Hannah!
