When the world calls good evil, and evil good, we are called to stand against that and point to the truth!

And the truth is we are ALL sinners in need of a Savior! God sent that Savior and He is Jesus Christ!

I encourage you to stop going with the flow of a deceived world, repent, and claim Jesus as both Lord & Savior!

He died on a cross for YOU and me! He did it so we could live. Last time I checked no one else did that.

He must really love us!

The truth is that God put you and me where we are at this time on purpose. And while some who fly the “Christian” flag seem to act as though their ability to criticize is a spiritual gift, it isn’t.

A critical spirit is a hindrance to loving our neighbors with the love of Christ. Most often it seems to me that Jesus poured His love in the biggest way onto those who were receiving the greatest amount of criticism from the culture.

When it comes to living like Jesus I need to be more intentional and live a more generous life. Because if I remember that everything I have been given is to be used to serve Jesus and others not myself, then I will be looking for opportunities to give instead of gripe.

And I think I’d rather be that guy.
