Huajatolla Acres, LLC is a small farm in Southern Colorado with a focus to grow organic, farm to table vegetables (greens). Huajatolla is owned by Wade & Carol Ann Chase, and Edgar & Latisha Antillon.

The Name Anyone who has been to Southern Colorado has most likely witnessed the beauty of the Spanish Peaks. Our farm is named in honor of their original name, which was given by the Native American Ute People, Huajatolla (Wa-ha-toy-a).

Our Mission To provide organic, farm to table food to Southern Colorado.
