🚨Important New Year Changes🚨

The Animal Clinic New Hours
Dr. Ingram will now be seeing patients on Tuesdays!

The Animal Clinic will now be open Monday-Friday from 7:45 am-5:00 pm with closure for lunch from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm!

Medication refill pickup will be available on Saturdays, but the refill request must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Friday!

After Hours Emergencies & Questions
After our clinic closes, we utilize an answering service to handle calls to our clinic line (931-363-0500).

For urgent matters, the receptionist will send an urgent message to Dr. Ingram. If you do not receive a communication back in 5 minutes, please call Madison Veterinary Emergency at 256-434-5290.

While Dr. Ingram tries her best to respond to every message, there will be times when she is unavailable. Please keep in mind that we are a one doctor practice. In order to provide the best care for your pet Monday-Friday, we must have time to recharge and spend time with our families.

However, we have formed a relationship with Madison Veterinary Emergency to ensure your pet has emergency care available when we are not available.

For non-urgent matters, the receptionist can schedule an appointment or send a message to the office.

As always, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your pets. You have made 2024 a year of growth. We cannot wait to see you in 2025!

VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST
The ideal candidate is one that can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor and prioritizing our client needs.

This part time position will provide 21-26 hours per week. Saturday shifts are required from 7:30 am-12:00 pm.

LODGE ATTENDANT
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall care and well-being of the animals at our facility. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, safe, and comfortable lodging experience for our guests.

Applicants must be able to work full shifts Monday-Friday. Weekend hours are required.

Shift times are set as follows:
Monday-Friday
7:30 am-12:00 pm
1:00 pm-5:00/6:00 pm

Saturday-Sunday
7:30 am-12:00 pm
2:00-5:00 pm

Designed with our small lodgers in mind, this addition will provide a quieter environment away from our larger lodgers.

It has been a beautiful week here at the lodge! Sweet Daisy could not contain her excitement during her one-on-one time with our lodge attendant. This quickly became Daisy’s favorite activity of the day.
