🌞 Meet Sunny! 🌞
Calling on our dog whisperers

Sunny is a 30 pound survivor - we know he was dumped along with his family on a back road and we know he had to have been neglected and more than likely abused.

Sunny has been in a foster home for the past 8 weeks learning to trust and learning to live with the expectation of plenty of food, a warm bed and belly rubs.

He is extremely slow to trust but seeing him gain confidence has been amazing.

Sunny needs a home that’s quiet with a routine- he learns quickly and is comforted by knowing his schedule. He loves loves other dogs and a confident friendly dog will help him so much . He is playful once he trusts you and loves toys and treats. Younger kids probably won’t be a good fit for him.

Sunny will take patience at first while he adjusts to a new place.

He is fixed and all up to date on his vaccines. If you believe that you can continue helping him heal and grow please reach out for more information

Update:

Thank you Hero Hound rescue and Seth Campbell for picking up this sweet boy- he has a long wag to go and wee should know more Thursday morning about what medical care will be required

This golden boy was found injured yesterday- he is currently at the vet and is going to need work to repair his jaw. He was microchipped but original owner re homed him to someone here in Pulaski- we are hopeful someone recognizes him. We really really need a temporary foster for this boy while he heals. He has been nothing but sweet and loving even while in pain. Please help us help him

We have loaned out quite a few of these cat carriers as part of our spay and neuter program and we don’t have any in storage to use . If you have borrowed a carrier pleas drop it by High Water Pawn or send us a message and we’ll pick it up! Thank you!

Enjoys curling up and napping beside you

Sunny does take a while to trust
A fenced yard is going to be a must
He will do best in a quiet home
Honestly he seems to prefer the ladies

Foster needed for Darla ❤️ 🐶 ❤️

Darla is a sweet and loving canine who was found on Tarpley Shop Road. 20-25 pounds underweight, Darla requires care and attention to regain her health. Her past experiences are evident in her calm demeanor in cars, her ability to sit for treats, and her familiarity with crates. Additionally, Darla interacts well with cats and other dogs. Although she had puppies, they were not found. Following a veterinary examination, Darla is recovering well, but necessitates a foster to monitor her weight and provide multiple meals daily. Darla's incredibly affectionate nature makes her a wonderful companion. Unfortunately, she has no microchip. If you can provide a nurturing environment for this sweet girl who nearly succumbed to starvation, please contact us.

Their dedication, perseverance, and fundraising endeavors have been crucial in making this vision a reality. We are now enthusiastically planning appointments for 2025.

Ok Facebook and Fur baby lovers

Needing a bit of Christmas magic 🌲 🎅 Izzy’s foster needs to be out of town for 2 weeks. She needs a place to crash while she’s working on a home of her own- she’s so so precious- she loves to be around people and enjoys playing with her doggy friends. She’s a professional snuggler 💕can anyone help a puppy out? Both brothers have been adopted and this little one is waiting her turn.

We're in a bit of a pickle and need some donations to restock our supplies for our furry foster friends and pet owners in a tough spot. Contributions of food for cats, kittens, dogs, or puppies, or even kitty litter, would be totally paw-some. Izzy had some pretty Christmas pictures made this week! Why? Well because she’s hoping someone will see how beautiful and sweet she is and fall in love! She’s asking Santa for a home of her very own for Christmas just like her brother, Max, got. Maybe you can help make her wish come true!!

She’s a medium sized, young Australian Cattle mix, found on the side of a busy highway. But that hasn’t damped her spirit! She’s so playful, curious.. (a little mischievous in a good way but who isn’t??) She’s also very loving and just wants to be with her people as much as she can! She’s has the softest fur and most beautiful chocolate brown eyes that will look right into your heart! She loves belly rubs, playing with other pups and children, and cheese treats (doesn’t everyone!?)
