1 30gallon barrel or garbage can
2 sqft of K2 media ebay
2 2in Uniseals Amazon
3ft 2in pipe
2in drain cover to keep media from draining out when cleaning Amazon.
2in slotted pipe for discharge Amazon
This filter can handle a 600gph to 1700gph pump. 1700gph keeps it clean and all debris out of water column.

SHOWA'S GROWN WILD.

Look at the growth on the 250 Dainichi Showa's we received August 23rd 4 months ago. Remarkable how the size 2-4 inches larger and body appearance has changed. Colors also just magnified. Will be separating more to get larger today.

Aquascapes 5000 Eco pond pump. False advertising on power consumption 1.4 amps, really draws 4.4 amps. This is not the pump you want if concerned about power.

Did this video 24hrs later on pea grean water in 1k gallon tank and black water in another.. Look at the difference for a pump, filter tank and misc items 100.oo.
NO UV.....Little long but worth it if you're looking to build a filter...
