Well, WE DID IT! 😅 My people are incredible. There was a lot of blood, sweat and tears put into getting the hospital put back together over the past 5 days but we pulled it off. The hospital is by no means in perfect condition but we are in a safe and workable position.

We will be re-opening our doors today - Monday October 14th. 🎉

Our plan at this time is to be open Monday - Thursday and to try and plan as much of our continued repairs to be done on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. With that being said there may be some things that can not be scheduled for those days but we will keep everyone updated.

As always, we appreciate our clients and patients and your continued support. Please be patient and bare with us as we navigate these next couple of months (as we are ready for all of this to be behind us as well). 😅

I wanted to take a second to wish our incredible Technicians a HAPPY NATIONAL VET TECH APPRECIATION WEEK! 🥳 I have decided to postpone doing our normal celebration this week so we can be sure to give them the full appreciation and attention they deserve in the near future. I appreciate each and every one of you and adore y'all from the bottom of my heart, I can't wait to fully celebrate y'all ❤️

*** UPDATE FROM DR. ALLY (and the Animal Clinic) ***

We hope everyone has made it out safe! Unfortunately, despite our attempts the hospital was flooded a second time during Hurricane Milton and was worse than with Helene... A large amount of removal and repairs will need to be done at this time which we have already started doing.

Even though our full recovery could take up to 6 months or more, our goal is to have two functioning exam rooms up and running by Monday so we can continue being able to provide care for our wonderful clients and patients during this time. We will keep everyone posted and hopefully have a more definitive idea once we see what we can accomplish over the weekend.

All I ask of you is for patience and kindness as this effects not only myself, as a practice owner, but more importantly the people who matter the most to me - my incredible staff and their entire families.

My heart hurts for all businesses, individuals and families affected during these trying times but hang in there Punta Gorda - we will back, we will be better, we will be stronger.

Attn: We are closing today at 4. Reopening 8 AM Monday.

Due to the mandatory evacuation of Punta Gorda , we will be closing today at 4 PM and will not reopen until October 14th. This is for the safety of our staff and patients.

@ 239-947-0588. They are open 24 hours. They are located in Fort Myers. They are fully equipped for the storm.

** UPDATE - CLOSED MONDAY (SEPT 30th) DUE TO FLOODING**

The inside of the office sadly was flooded 😕We consider ourselves lucky though as it could have been much worse! We were able to remove a majority of the water and are extremely thankful that Southwest Restoration Inc was able to come out today to start working on the hospital to help us disinfect, dehumidify and start the process of fixing what we need to in order to get back up and running 🥹

With that being said we will unfortunately be closed on Monday (September 30th). At this time we are expecting to be able to start seeing your sweet babies again by Tuesday but will keep you posted if anything changes!

We hope all of our clients & fur babies are safe and survived the storm with minimal damage. For those with more damage, please to not hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can do to help y'all! We appreciate all of your love and support during these unexpected times!

Unfortunately at this time there is no access to the clinic due to all surrounding roads being flooded. We are unsure how the hospital is looking as we are not able to get there 😕 For the safety of our staff and clients we will be closed today. Please stay safe and dry 🐾
