We not only take in parrots for whatever reason and find appropriate, loving homes for them. We provide community education at local adoption events. We will also make presentations to organizations and clubs upon request. Parrot Outreach Society will help families in temporary crisis or need of food to enable them to keep their parrot. Parrot Outreach Society, is a local 501c3 rescue organization based in Punta Gorda. We specialize in rescuing, rehabilitating, and facilitating adoptions for companion parrots across the state. Our mission also includes educating the community on proper bird care and providing volunteer opportunities to those interested in making a difference.
