Pet Parents,

We will be closed for daycare and incoming boarding on Wednesday (11/6) and Thursday (11/7) for a Health and Safety stand down.
The health and safety of our dogs is our top priority. We continue to see a steady drip of 1-2 dogs each week with Upper Respiratory Infections (URI’s). We believe that shutting down for an intense simultaneous disinfection of the entire facility will help. We currently have 1 known active case, under veterinary care and on meds, isolated in house and departing on Wednesday. Following the departure of this dog, we will begin our health and safety stand down.
The facility-wide disinfection effort is an important step. Following, we want only completely healthy dogs back in play. If your dog has recovered from illness, please don’t return prior to your dog being symptom free for at least 7 days. URI symptoms include coughing, sneezing and greenish nasal discharge.
If your dog is presenting any of those symptoms, please do not bring them to daycare and contact your veterinarian. We ask that you also alert us.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is in the best interest of our dogs.
