Marjani Basenji and Toy Manchester Terrier

What a week in Harrisburg, PA! Multiple specialties in both Manchester Terriers and in Basenjis. It's all a blur. Here is what I remember....

Rogue - GCH Marjani Assassin's Creed Rogue - was Select Bitch a couple of times, and BOBOH once. Go Rogue!

Perry - GCH CH Heaven Hi's Hot Diggity To Marjani FCAT3 - the old man, showed in Veterans. He LOVES the show ring! He showed in the Veteran event, and was BOV-Veteran, then earned a Group2-Veteran. Another day, he showed in the Veteran Sweepstakes at the Delaware Valley Manchester Terrier Club Specialty. The boy turned it on in the ring and was selected Best Veteran in Sweepstakes!

Cami - Marjani Wittsend Word Up! - worked hard at understanding the show environment. She was Reserve Bitch four times, including at the Mid-Atlantic Basenji Club Specialty. She also was Best in Sweepstakes. She was Best Bred-By Exhibitor, and earned a Group1-Bred-By Exhibitor.

Thank you to the folks that spoke nicely to Cami, who purposely made sure to not spook her, as I continue to build her confidence. This girl made great leaps forward, and I couldn't be more proud.

The boys, Perry and Bowser, competed in Fast CATs at the end of March, and each earned another award (besides the Turtle Award - which Perry did earn again.)

Bowser - GCHB Rustic Lane King Koopa at Marjani, AOM CGC TKN ATT - earned his FCAT2 at the Blue Ridge Dog Training Club event. Thank you for the fun and the sun!

Perry - GCH Heaven Hi's Hot Diggity to Marjani - earned his FCAT3 at the trials run by Mid-Atlantic Basenji Club of Maryland. Thank you for such a well run event!

Bowser and Perry (both Toy Manchester Terriers) competed in Fast CAT the past 4 days in White Post VA. Bowser ran 8 times, taking the fastest under 12" dog title 5 times, and was always in the top 4 for all 12" and under dogs. Perry - sweet old man Perry - ran 6 times and won the "turtle award" 4 times. This is the award is given to the slowest dog in the entire event. He still has fun running!

Thank you to everyone (Jane, Regina, and the club members) that helped me finish runs ASAP today so I could get to the airport. I made it in time! I couldn't have done it without you!!

*** UPDATE **** Mutt is meeting a new couch, to see if it’s a fit.

This cutie is looking for someone to provide him with cuddles and love. Such a sweet face!!! If your couch is empty, or at least has an empty spot, and your heart is ready to melt, Mutt could be your solution. The picture is of him at 5 and at 8 weeks. He is now 10 weeks. He melts my heart ….
