Sad news. I just found out one of my doggy clients Baxter passed away a couple weeks ago. He had epilepsy but lived such a happy life! Run free bud. ❤️

I always say that my greatest qualification as a pet sitter is my love of animals. Each time a pet I've cared for passes, a little bit of my heart goes with them. Marley crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday to join his friend Baxter. I've enjoyed caring for you for the last 5+ years.

As dog walkers, we have our own relationships with the dogs we care for. Just us and them. We’ve battled snow, ice, rain and blazing hot temperatures together. We’ve kissed their faces more times than you could imagine. They are a part of our lives and we grow to love them as you do. We're never ready to say goodbye! My bud Ranger crossed over the Rainbow Bridge yesterday. 💔 Rest easy buddy.

“URGENT: Do you know this poodle mix type dog? He was hit by a car near Lime Kiln Rd and Goose Creek Lane in Leesburg and is in critical condition receiving emergency veterinary care. If this is your dog and you are seeing this prior to 6pm, please call us at 703-777-0406. If after 6pm, please call 703-777-1021 and ask for the Humane Law Enforcement Officer on duty. He is a male, and does not have a collar or microchip.”

Another black dog missing...last seen Leesburg... 😔

Northern Virginia - LOST DOG - Sightings in Leesburg TODAY

It has been 11 weeks since she escaped from our home in Purcellville and 2.5 weeks since the last sighting in Ashburn....until today!

LEESBURG: We received a couple of sightings placing her on the western side of Leesburg; a sighting this evening placed her in the vicinity of the Leesburg Post Office.

All sightings, to include todays, folks have noticed her bright red collar (as pictured below). She is extremely shy and will avoid other pets and people. We believe she continues to following rivers, power lines, & the W&OD trail.

How can you help? If you see her, please do not chase or approach. We are working with our Rescue, a dog tracker, & other resources in the rescue community - we are seeking additional sightings to determine the areas in Leesburg she is visiting so that we can humanely catch her. If you have cameras around your property, can you please check them?

Please keep the sightings coming! We have posted signs in the areas that are near where she has been sighted. Please call all sightings into: 540-454-2915. Thank you ❤️
