We are REOPENING starting 6:30 am, Wednesday, May 1st! Afterwards resuming M-F 6:30 am-6:30 pm as normal 🙂

Have you received your client portal link to your Busypaws account? Busypaws is our booking software! This will be used going forward for bookings 🙂

Our dear Steven Rice will be celebrated for his life and who he touched on Sunday May 5th from 1-3pm at HDDDD. ❤️

Follow up on our new client portal in BusyPaws!
Shown below is a guide on how to book your pups future stays at daycare and how to navigate the client portal:)
If you haven’t gotten setup in your client portal check your emails, i sent them all out yesterday, if you didn’t get it reach out to me and I’ll resend or get you set up!

REMINDER: you should have received 2 emails, one for access, the other for the NEW application!

New Furrriends can message me as well to get the link for booking your first evaluation!

🔆NEW SOFTWARE!🔆

Hello! Long time no talk 🙂
While we have been closed, we’ve been cooking up a few changes.

First change,
We have replaced the software, Pawfinity, we were using previously, and we are now using BusyPaws
This new to us software will be able to provide online booking! No more sheets to fill out!
Pawfinitys texting number (The number you got receipts from) is now inactive as of today!
Busypaws will have a separate texting number.

I will be setting our active clients up each individually, you’ll each receive an email with access to the client portal. There will be a second email containing the new electronic application and company policies form.
We ask that everyone fills out the new application and agree to the updated company policies. (If you aren’t tech savvy or need assistance just reach out i can help you)

Second Change,
Daycare prices have changed(only alittle!) and those will be listed when you make your first booking!
If you had remaining days on your package you purchased BEFORE we closed, then those will show up on your new account, when you get logged in, as credits!

If you have any questions getting set up please feel free to reach out on fb messenger or instagram!

If you have been wanting your dog to come to daycare for the first time with us, message me and I’ll send you a new client portal to sign up for an evaluation!

🛑 IMPORTANT PLEASE READ🛑
 last night our system that sends you all text messages and email reminders for daycare was compromised.
If you recieved any texts or emails between 5pm last night to 8:30 am this morning, that appear to be from us or have offensive material, please do not open or view them. Again, Please disregard any emails or texts that appear to have come from us overnight!
We apologize for any content any one of you may have received overnight. That was not us or our business model. We were targeted.
Currently working hard to fix all of it, but we do have control of our accounts as of right now.

Hdd will be closed the week of April 1- ?????
We have had another tragedy. Hannah, Steven's nurse pup has joined him at the rainbow Bridge today.

I'm not sure how much more we can take.

Thank you all for your love and support during this hard time. Everyone has been amazing ♥️. Our fur family keeps asking what they can do to help.
We need a dump run and a professional landscaper to look at the yard for us at the moment. The drain field, limits what we can do back there. If anyone can help with those items, Jade and I would greatly appreciate it.
