We want to assure all of our wonderful customers - past, present, and future - that Puppyland is here to stay! We're continuing our mission of connecting families with their perfect puppies, just as we've always done.

You may have seen recent news about a settlement with the Attorney General's office. We want to be clear: Many of the claims made were allegations that remained unsubstantiated. One specific issue addressed involved non-disparagement clauses. Upon learning such agreements were unlawful, we immediately removed these clauses well before any settlement negotiations began with the Attorney General. We have never enforced these agreements - and that's the simple truth.

What's also true:
✨ We worked with state and local representatives to champion HB 1424 and local ordinances well before the AG accusations
✨ We've always provided breeder information
✨ We've consistently operated with transparency

The settlement allows us to move forward and focus on what we do best - helping families find their perfect puppy while continuing to strive to be the best in the industry.
