We gave it our all but we will not be able to open tomorrow as we hoped. Our goal is now Thursday.
Fans and heaters are still running and trying to dry things out. They are extremely loud so we will not be turning phones on yet.

Day 5 of cleanup and we are making progress. Tune in at 1 pm today, Dr. Keller will be live with more updates on the state of things and when we are hoping to be open! Thank you all again for your patience and support! 💙💛

TUESDAY UPDATE:
Power has been restored! The lights are on and things are moving.The amazing staff at home are working on demo today of all the damaged areas. Replacement computers are ordered and IT is working to restore internet, phones and access to patient records.
In the meantime we are connecting on every platform we can in Florida. If you need immediate assistance please contact your nearest emergency hospital. If you have any non urgent requests or questions, please send us an email at [email protected]
We are monitoring that inbox and trying our best to address everything we can.

If you need medication refills please visit the website and visit our online pharmacy. We are monitoring those requests as well and approving if possible. However, without access to patient records this will be limited.

Thank you all again for your kindness, understanding and patience. We appreciate everyone who has reached out, offered assistance and sent food. You guys are amazing!

Update: Dr. Keller and some of our amazing staff are working hard today to get the hospital up and running ASAP. We are hoping to get approval to restore power to the building. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 Thank you all again for the understanding, patience and offers to assist. We are so lucky to have such amazing and supportive clients.

In the meantime, Dr. Keller convinced us he has it under control and encouraged us to stay and get the most out of the VMX Conference. We are here still attending classes and working with Vendors, trying to absorb as much as we can!

Unfortunately last night Countryside Veterinary Medical Group suffered extensive water damage. Currently the building is without electricity. At this time we will not be open tomorrow but will be taking it on a day by day basis as damage and repairs are being assessed. We ask for grace and patience at this time while our team works diligently to navigate this unfortunate event.
