27th in Chestnut. Currently being held at 2701 Chestnut. I stopped and another car stopped to get him out of street. She took him to 2701 Chestnut.

WANDERING
Dog wandering around south 12th near Melview Rd. Looks like it has a blue collar or blue leash that was broken. Wouldn’t let me get close enough to check for tags. Walked into the wooded area across from Hoebings lawn and garden.
