Dr. Larry visited first grade at his daughter and grandson’s school this week to talk about caring for pets. The next day students got to be “vets” for the day and come up with treatment plans for the pretend animals with supplies donated by QAH!

Young female pitbull. No microchip. Found around the Sadberry Road area. Very submissive. Good with other dogs. Leash trained. Please contact 850-766-4217 if you know this dog or have more information regarding them. You can also contact our office number at 850-875-4811.

We have officially upgraded our system! We are live and will be using our new software Monday! Please bear with us while we navigate this new software we may be a little slower to start! UPDATE: RYLEE HAS BEEN FOUND!!!

LOST DOG!!!

Rylee went missing yesterday evening! She is missed and we are hoping to help bring her home! She is very friendly and will come to food! Please keep an eye out for her she is believed to be in the area near the Gadsden Co Animal Control.

Quincy Animal Hospital will be closed August 10th in order to update our computer system! Our office is going to online record keeping which means we are updating our client communication!! We will be switching from PetDesk to our new system, which will include texting between the office and our clients. Our texting number will be published once we are live! We are hoping this will help our clinic be more efficient and keep us running smoothly for a long time! Thank you for understanding! - QAH Team

For those of you who don’t know this is princess! She was a resident at Quincy animal hospital for a few months in 2022 after her family was in an accident trying to evacuate for the hurricane in Tampa. She had some back trouble for a while but she is back to her normal self now!! We wanted to post because her sweet mom sent us a gift and reminded us of her beautiful baby! She truly became a part of the Quincy animal hospital family and given how heavy the year has been it really made us feel appreciated and lifted our spirits! We also want to thank everyone that helped out in getting princess care!

With the 4th of July right around the corner we tend to get several calls about dogs getting out, and owners frantically trying to find them. We ask that you make sure your dogs have their collars on, updated contact information on their licenses, or do something similar to the picture below !

Dr.Gilliland graduated from University of Georgia Veterinary Program in 2002 with Dr. Beth. Dr. Gilliland’s internment will be held today at Tallahassee National Cemetery.
