Dewey is a sweet young cat who’s still getting used to shelter life, so he can be a little nervous at first. But don’t let that fool you—this shy boy is a total lovebug once he feels safe and comfortable! He’s just under a year old and was a friendly, playful companion in his previous home, so he’s ready to blossom in a calm and loving environment. Churu treats are the way to his heart, and he will adorable chirp when he sees other cats. Although he’s never lived with other cats, we think Dewey would likely do well with another friendly cat. Dewey’s adoptions fee is $225.

Kio is an adorable 2-year-old cat with a personality as vibrant as her energy! Full of s***k and curiosity, she loves to chirp and meow when she’s excited to see you—she’s not shy about letting you know she’s ready for some attention. Kio is incredibly loving and affectionate.

While Kio has never lived with other animals, she’d likely do well with another friendly cat or a calm dog who respects her space. She’s the type of cat who will keep you entertained with her playful antics and lively personality. Her adoption fee is $225.

Arlo is an 11-month-old Bluetick American English Coonhound who is looking for an active home. Arlo is a young dog with a lot of energy, these dogs are bred for working and hunting, couch potato's they are not! He needs some training and guidance to help with his puppy and hound behaviors, he gets along well with other dogs but since he is a jumper, small children may not be a good fit.

Tuxedo is a handsome 7-year-old tuxedo cat with a lot of love to give, but he needs the right person to help him thrive. He was surrendered after an unexpected behavioral incident with his previous owner, and now he’s looking for a calm, experienced adopter who can help him work through his challenges and build his confidence.

In the shelter, Tuxedo has been incredibly affectionate—he loves attention and purrs up a storm when he feels safe—but he can become overstimulated easily and may react with biting or scratching. For this reason, Tuxedo would do best in a quiet, adult-only home with an owner who has a deep understanding of cat behavior and can give him the patience he needs to flourish.

While Tuxedo should not go to a home with children, he could do well with another friendly cat after a slow and proper introduction. His adoption fee is $225.

Cantaloupe is a sweet, handsome, calm 9-year old grey and white male cat looking for a quiet and loving home. Cantaloupe is friendly, independent and enjoys head pets from the volunteers. We often let him out of his cage to roam in the cat room and investigate what is going on and he seems to enjoy this. He is a lovely cat and one of his most striking features are his absolutely huge double paws! Cantaloupe likes affection and also likes his independence so he is the perfect kitty for the right home. We do not recommend that he be in a home with young children. He lived with another cat so may be ok with that. He has not been around dogs so we don’t know how he would react. Cantaloupe is scheduled for a dental in January. His adoption fee is $225.00.

Hi, my name is Dusty and unfortunately, I’m looking for a new home since my owner passed away. I’m an old guy, 16 years old to be exact. I won’t bother you, I like to keep to myself and I’m just looking for a windowsill or a warm couch to live out my days on.

I’ve only ever lived with my owner since I was just a few weeks old. I don’t think I would do well around other animals. I’m too old for that kind of chaos. I don’t like to be bothered by kids either. So none of those gremlins please. My ideal home would just you and me.

I don’t need much. Just an occasional back rub and some food. I know I’m old but I always go to the bathroom in my litter box. As you can tell, I’m pretty mellow and sometimes shy but I can let you in on this secret, I’m neutered. I don’t have any medical problems and I’ve always been called a “good boy” so I assume no behavioral issues.

If anyone’s interested in a roommate I’d love to meet you but just know, I don’t pay rent 😉
