I am so excited to announce Pongo will be joining in on the fun on November 9th at the Holiday Bazaar!

This event has a very special meaning that is near and dear to my heart. A percentage of all photo sales with Pongo will support students within the special needs community.

Please, if you are able, I would love to see all my family and friends come out! We will be set up from 9am-1pm!!!

💥💥💥Animal spot light!!! 💥💥💥

Meet Priscilla!! She is our 1 year old female hedgehog that joins us in our educational activities!

She is an African Pygmy Hedgehog!

Her diet is many different things! She enjoys cat food for her main meal and eats lots of insects! She eats crickets, meal worms, fly larvae and more!

For enrichment her favorite toy is her wheel! We use wheels that have solid bottoms so their teeny tiny feet don’t get stuck!

I use many different forms of housing for hedgehogs. For her specifically she is not a climber. So she is in a standard small animal cage. I use shredded small animal bedding and keep it about 4-6” deep. They love to bury themselves!!

She is not for sale, however I do have a couple available.

💥💥💥Good Morning everyone!!!💥💥💥

I guess starting a mobile educational program, to include a kangaroo, this should come as no surprise by some but it did to me.

So rather than rant on and on about why certain people can’t leave others alone while they try to make it in this world, I thought I would take this opportunity to educate others.

The number one question I get asked every time we go somewhere is “are Kangaroos legal?”

The simple answer is “Yes.” But that is not an easy yes and here’s why.

Kangaroos are an exotic animal. So having exotics there is a lot of research that must be done prior to owning such an animal. My family has history in ownership of these animals (for years) so mind you we knew what we were getting ourselves into.

According to Kentucky Fish and Wildlife I would like everyone to please carefully review what they consider an exotic and what is an ILLEGAL SPECIES to own. I have screenshots below. If you feel that this information does not suffice your opinion, I have also included the phone number.

My animals, yes including my kangaroo, see a specialized exotic vet that, believe it or not SPECIALIZES in Kangaroos!! Because, believe it or not, I’m not the only person in the state to LEGALLY own these animals.

Google is not always right. Do I need to repeat that? Especially when it’s Google AI.

I would love to continue to educate others, so please, if needed shoot me a message and I’d be happy to answer. But do NOT bash me, my business page, the welfare of ANY of my animals on social media.
