I have also been tasked with home visits and removing our furry friends when needed. Hi everyone! REMINDER: we will be nearing triple digit heat! Put out extra water for your pets! No walking on sidewalks or pavements unless you have paw protectors on.
Carry water to SOAK the paws in ...

We will be setting up group socializing classes in the NEAR future. You will have to prepay and register ahead of time. You will have to have your dog up to date on shots AS WELL.... Pass the word!

We are going to keep this short but, it's NOT sweet....Mcacc County Shelter' Phoenix Az current solution regarding overcapacity, is, placing more dogs on the E-list. We would like your feed back in comments:
📌Annual intake 5 yrs ago ~ 28,0000 dogs. Today its ~18,000.
📌Management is not implementing other ways to help these dog's instead their solution is to put them down. They have ~12,000 less dogs coming in annually. Euthanizing Good Adoptable Dog's is not the solution...

Take caution to keep your dog's paws safe from the burning pavement by choosing grassy areas for your walks. As a trainer, I highly recommend utilizing the Gentle Lead for walks with challenging canines and remember to pack frozen water bottles for a refreshing treat during your outings.

Friendly reminder... out pets get allergies same as we do. The struggle is real so if you are uncomfortable know so are they.
Call your vet, try benadryl and highly recommend Apoquel.
Put a teaspoon of coconut oil in food 2x a week, but don't forget the importance of fish oil!!!

The dog trainer n owner of Golden Grove kennels (Radcliff)
disgusts me! It's the case here in Hardin County. Shes arrested and then they found all of bodies and abused /neglected dogs on her property. They just found poor dogs dead, near death too. She's a murderer and hope she rots in jail.
This is why I say Never send your dog off for training (she boarded also)
Because you never know what they are doing to your dog

Court records show she was previously charged with animal cruelty in late 2021.
