Each egg has a list of three much-needed items. Donate one, two, or all three items! Finally, drop off your donations to us and we will take them to the shelter💕 While you’re here, check out our adoption binder, updated daily with the pets currently available at the shelter!

🎉 Happy 8th Birthday, Teddy! 🎂🐾

Teddy is celebrating his special day by baking puppy-safe cupcakes to share with all his friends! 🐶💛 If you would like to join the celebration, make these delicious dog-friendly treats at home and share your photos with us! 📸✨

Here’s the recipe:
Cupcake Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup old-fashioned oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
Frosting Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 6-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, pumpkin, applesauce, oil, and eggs. Stir in shredded carrots.
3️⃣ Scoop batter evenly into the muffin tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
4️⃣ For the frosting, mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Frost the cupcakes!
