‼️ATTENTION PLEASE READ‼️

I’m updating my policies starting today October 1st 2024

As some of you know and some may not know I’m pregnant, I am extremely high risk, so as of right now I’m not allowed to lift over so many lbs. I won’t be able to groom anything but small breed dogs as of right now. This will go back to normal when I’m allowed.

NO SHOW POLICY

I’ve been getting a lot of no shows and last minute cancellations. From this point on if you no show or cancel less than 24 hours ahead of your appointment time you won’t be able to book with me without paying half down for a deposit to hold your spot.

PRICING POLICY

All sizes of dogs have certain price starting points. A small dog starts at $50 for a full groom. I already include extras that other grooming salons do not include in that price. Like nail grinding, teeth brushing and polish if you’d like. All other salons consider these an add on. And they are normally $10 extra each add on. That being said, I also do a lot of aggressive and matted dogs. If your dog is aggressive or matted it will be an hourly charge instead of a flat rate.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP

In certain circumstances I will allow you to stay with your dog if it’s is beneficial for the dog. This is normally not the case. You are expected to drop your dog off no more than 15 minutes late and pick back up within 30 minutes of me calling you to come get the dog unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. I am a one on one groomer and I’m CRATE FREE. That means I only book one dog at a time and clean between dogs so everything is sanitary and your dog doesn’t come into contact with someone else’s dog.

HOW TO PAY

I take cash, check, PayPal and Facebook pay. I DO NOT take cards. I try to keep some change but please try to bring exact cash if you are paying that way. I’ve had people not want to pay the full amount because I didn’t have enough change for their large bill.
