We're expecting to have almost reached 100 Degrees today!
Please check your pet's water dishes, make sure their paws are safe during walks, and monitor their hydration in the heat!
Some short-snout breeds are not suitable for outdoor exposure for long periods of time during days like this!
Lastly, if you see something, say something! Please call animal control / 911 if you are witnessing a dog being continuously left out in these conditions!

Happy Mother's Day to all the fur mom and hooman mom's out there! Thank you for all of the nurturing love you give not only to your human family but your pet family members as well!
All of those fun gifts that pets leave us whether it be that bone on the floor or dog toy left in bed... They sure know how to make the moms feel special!
Just a taste of what we've been up to lately!
We are accepting new clients for weekly dog walking & check ins and accepting new overnight pet sitting clients as well! Please keep in mind we are booked about 6 weeks out on average!

We would like to take a moment to talk about something a little scary as well as vulnerable happening in our industry. We all know we've had to look at our budget and cut corners, make sacrifices, and make difficult decisions on where we can continue to put our money in order to make ends meet.
Unfortunately, these corners being cut have begun to impact our business. In the last few months we've had around 10 inquiries for longer duration pet sitting dates, Meet & Greets have been scheduled, and ultimately we are being contacted with cancellations as these prospective clients are admittedly referring to their friends and family to get discounted/free pet care.
When you book with a professional pet sitting company such as Dogs N Digs LLC, you are helping pay for:
-10-15 staff's rent
-Someone's Vacation with their family
-Someone's gas to be able to get around the city
-Staff's wedding / reception costs
-A car payment or rent payment

Michelle is currently having to sift through thousands of photos to make room on her laptop to be able to update her Mac to the latest operating system - whoops!
But this gives us a sweet opportunity to make a series of posts that reflect the flame that was ignited from 2013-2019 her passion to serve dogs and their families in the community. Most of these pets have almost certainly passed on, but are never forgotten. They are a reminder of why we do what we do, and why we're willing to tackle long days and extensive customer service to provide top notch care and peace of mind. Enjoy these photos with us!
