This gentle giant is the definition of chill—he’s all about naps, snuggles, and living the cozy life. 💤🐾 Duncan loves a good snooze, especially after enjoying some of his favorite treats. (Swipe left to see him post-steak feast… let’s just say, he’s living the dream!) 🥩💤

Fun fact about Duncan: He’s a St. Bernard! Did you know St. Bernards were originally bred to rescue travelers in the snowy Swiss Alps? These loyal pups are known for their calm, affectionate nature and make wonderful family companions. ❤️🐶

🐾 Meet Gus! 🐾

This 8-month-old Labrador Retriever mix has been in my care since he was just a little pup, and watching him grow has been such a joy. Gus is a ball of energy who’s always ready to play, but he also loves kicking back and soaking up the sun. 🌞

Fun fact: Labradors are one of the most popular dog breeds in the world because of their friendly, outgoing personalities—and Gus is no exception! Still in his rambunctious puppy stage, but he’s as sweet and lovable as they come. ❤️

🐾 Meet Charlotte 🐾

Charlotte is an 8-month-old German Shepherd puppy full of energy, curiosity, and endless cuteness. True to her breed’s reputation, Charlotte is intelligent, loyal, and eager to explore the world around her. Did you know German Shepherds are one of the most versatile dog breeds, often excelling as working dogs in roles like search and rescue, police work, and even acting?

But for now, Charlotte is busy being a playful pup! Her favorite activities include running off her boundless energy and finding the perfect spot in the grass to lounge after a long day of adventures. She’s as rambunctious as they come, but that’s all part of her charm.

Meet Stella! 🐶
Stella is a beautiful 5 year old St. Bernard. Stella is a gentle giant, weighing in at 115lbs. She is calm, easygoing, and loves people. When most people glance at Stella they not only think big but BeethovenB It was awesome caring for Stella!

Breed Facts: St. Bernards are a breed in the class of “large working dogs.” These gentle giants were originally bred to protect residence at a hospice community in Switzerland. Travelers would voyage through snowy mountains to reach the hospice of the Great St. Bernard Pass. On this route, travelers would be pestered by bandits, lost during travel, and even buried in the snow. The St. Bernards were then transitioned into rescued dogs due to their ability to protect and find travelers buried in the snow.
