Today June 20th 2023 is Planet Poochies 7 year anniversary! I want to take a moment to say how much I appreciate our clients. I know I don't say it enough. I get busy grooming, running front desk and managing and don't say it enough. We wouldn't be able to do what we love if you didn't give us the chance. Thank you!! 🙂🐾

Recently several people have showed up significantly late or just didnt show up for their appointment at all. We Understand that life happens and this can sometimes be the result. However, it has been clear that tartiness and no shows have been getting out of control due to carelessness for some. Please keep in mind that we book by appointment and that appointment is with a groomer. If you are running late please call and communicate with us. We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy in place. Please try to respect that. Again, We Understand that sometimes things happen and we can certainly work with that but we can not except ongoing no shows and 30 minute tartiness due to negligence. Please understand that it puts us in an imposition. We want you to know that we love and appreciate every one of our clients and look forward to many good years!
