Coming from a hoarding situation where she lived her whole life in a dog crate to having a whole SPCA cat room to play in has Jasmine feeling some type of way!

This 3-year-old girl had a very rough start to life, never knowing how it felt to run and play, be in a home, or get the love she deserved. But thanks to your support, she's getting a second chance at the life she should've had all along.

Jasmine has transitioned really well to all these new surroundings. She was really scared the first few days, but the happy, loving cat inside of her is coming out in a big way now that she's free to express herself ❤️

We need blankets! 🚨
We are critically low on linens at the farm and are most in need of sheets, towels, and fleece blankets. If you’re due for a linen closet clean out we’d be thrilled to accept any you no longer need! If you don’t have any to spare but still want to help, a great way to get involved is to collect used linens from your neighborhood.
Donations can be dropped off at our Donation Station located just outside of the parking lot entrance.

Meet Mosh who came to the WakeGov Pets: Wake County Animal Center as a stray—so we are not sure about his first 2 years of life. But one thing we do know, is that he is a real sweetie.
He is quiet in his kennel, waits patiently to be collared and to go outside. He walks well on leash and takes treats gently. Mosh has not been in playgroups yet, so we are not sure how he is with other dogs, but he walks easily by the kennels and wags his tail when he sees dogs outside.
Mosh is on the potty trained list—he likes to keep his kennel clean.
Mosh has good eye contact and has that old soul expression, like he knows a lot in his 2 years.
Mosh was not given heart worm prevention, so he is positive for heart worms; but that is treatable, and is not contagious.

November is Adopt a Senior Month. So this month every night at 8pm we will be posting a dog or cat over the age of 8 who is looking for a home. All dogs over 8 will have reduced adoption fees of only $25 and all cats over 8 will be name your own price.

Are you looking to add a love bug to your home?
Andromeda aka Miss Mina, aka Minny or Skinny Minny, is a pro couch potato and has much love to give.
With the foster she was fine with the other dog, house broken and listened well. She loves a good bone to chew on or nap on the couch.

We recommend a slow feeder bowl because she gobbles her food up after having been so hungry. Walking on a gentle leader or with a harness may help with pulling.

B-eauty is such a happy, loving girl you would never know what a tough life she has lead. This precious little angel is a 4 year old girl who is a skinny 37 lbs. B-eauty was here in June of last year and was a healthy 45 lbs, so she's seen better days for sure. Her skin has suffered due to malnutrition and overbreeding and she's HW+.
But she is full of love. She walks very well on leash and does not react as she walks past other dogs in the kennel.
The volunteers have all fallen in love with B-eauty and want to help her find a home that can give her the love she deserves.
