We have a full in-house laboratory for blood work, in-house radiology for X-Rays, and a full small animal pharmacy/diet center for easy refills of medicine or food. Our veterinary staff will diagnose, provide treatment, give nutritional or behavioral counseling, and discuss your pet's optimal health care needs. Our friendly staff is here to optimize your pet's visit and provide great customer service. Our goal is to provide you and your pet with both "Modern Medicine" and "Old-Fashioned Care." Hey everyone! I wanted to make an introduction post for our newest member of the Boulevard pack: Ernie! Don’t let his mature appearance fool you, he is under a year old! Ernie came to us a bit nervous and trembly but has absolutely blossomed in the span of a week, he now play bows with everyone begging to be chased and has made tons of furry friends here at Boulevard already. As 2025 came to a close, we had a new boarder join us named Freya. Her and I instantly bonded and her happy-go-lucky personality struck me as familiar. As a kennel tech I see a lot of dogs but for some reason she stood out to me. It took a few play sessions for me to make the connection to why it felt like her and I had met before. A few months ago we lost one of our long time clients and pack member, Rayne. Rayne was a rambunctious sister to her siblings Storm and the two were inseparable. I felt a huge sense of comfort and relief from the grief that all of us that work in vet med carry in our hearts. Freya was so happy during her stay, at first she was so nervous and watching her bloom in the course of a few days was heart warming. She loved to toss the rope around the yard and spent a lot of her time here play bowing at her friend W***y. (the brown doodle in previous posts) She was very shy and to see her true personality come out was so gratifying. I feel like this experience is a true testament to the transformation of things in our lives, energy never dies it only transfers. I hope that we all are able to feel that comfortable nostalgic feeling this year and best wishes to you and yours, we hope you and your fur babies stay in the best health and if they aren’t feeling well, your Boulevard pack is here to help. Our Hospital had a dog-gone good time at the Jingle Paws Market this year! This past weekend our wonderful team set up a table and got out to meet some of our Raleigh neighbors! It is so nice to network with local pet parents and see all of the furry family! Tons of wonderful information and opportunities and our kennel manager Ashley even won a raffle! (Posed with her dog Thor❤️) Maybe this is a new Paw-liday tradition? 🐾🎅
