Dog Holiday Resort is currently hiring part-time Dog Resort Counselors who are eager to join our dedicated team. While experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidates who possess a genuine love for animals. Employees who demonstrate exceptional reliability, dedication, and a strong work ethic shall be rewarded, including raises and promotion to team leadership positions.

-Availability: You should be willing to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed, as dog holidays know no bounds!
-Physical fitness: This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor tasks.
-Oral and Written Communication Skills: You may be required to communicate with our guests’ owners, providing them with updates or assisting with inquiries.
Dog Resort Counselor Duties:
-Front Desk: Check dogs in and out, provide customer service in person, online, and by phone.
-Food Service: Distribute meals and beverages to our dog guests.
-Event Planning: Coordinate recreational and playtime activities for our dog guests.
-Security: Ensure the safety and security of our dog guests, as their well-being is our number one priority.
-Water Coach/Lifeguard: Manage water activities for our dog guests at our in-ground pool.
-Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness in our guest rooms throughout our guests' stay.
Facilities: Maintain the common areas of our facility.
-Concierge: Interface with our dog guests and their owners to ensure a five-star experience at our resort.
Prior dog boarding, veterinary or dog handling experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
