💗 The Tiniest Warrior at Second Chance
It started with a cry—a desperate plea for help from a tiny, newborn kitten. Found alone with her umbilical cord still attached, this fragile life had no mother to care for her, no warmth to keep her safe. She was brought to Second Chance, and we knew we had to fight for her.
We named her Bitsy.
Without a nursing mom in our care, we called on one of our experienced fosters to take on the daunting challenge of raising a newborn kitten. The odds were slim. But love doesn’t give up.
Through sleepless nights, bottle feedings every two hours, careful temperature checks, and countless moments of worry, Bitsy’s foster poured her heart into saving this tiny fighter. And Bitsy? She met that love with strength and determination, fighting for the life she deserved.
Today, Bitsy is thriving—a living, breathing testament to what love can do. 💖
None of this would have been possible without YOU. Your support fuels our ability to take on the impossible, to save lives that others might give up on.
